During late 2009 Shock Art developed a short documentary movie to highlight the work that had been undertaken by DFID and NMFA, over the previous three years of the project, in support of the social welfare reform process. The Video Documentary covered a number of important reform areas and involved shooting in multiple locations throughout Serbia, including: several Local Self Governments; Centre for Social Work; NGOs; Staminca Institution; the Institute for Social Protection; and a private company.
